The Property

South facing, this apartment overlooks the river and has a view to the country beyond. It comprises of two double bedrooms, one with a large double bed with Air Conditioning and the other with two singles. The bathroom has a large shower, a hand basin and a WC, beautifully tiled in Turkish marble. There is a second separate WC. There is also a spacious mezzanine (loft) which can accommodate a further two if required. On the mezzanine is a 32″ flat screen TV with a DVD player. The kitchen has all modern fittings, dishwasher, hob, oven and fridge with freezer below, coffee maker and well equipped for cooking. The washing machine is located in the laundry room. The combined Air conditioned lounge/dining area is very comfortably furnished and features French windows onto a pleasant terrace which also overlooks the river. There is a TV in the living room with a selection of channels in English and some in French, sadly no SKY. Linen and towels are provided. The care shown by the owners to create a homely ambience is seldom found in comparable rental properties.

Outside

A shared swimming pool in a stunning setting, beside the river, as well as a large landscaped private garden is also available. All of the village’s facilities are only a short stroll away. The nearest boulangerie (baker) is merely a 100 metres from the front door.
